Thrush ?

Hunter has white dots covering the back of his tongue. Nothing anywheres else in his mouth, and he doesn't seem to be in any discomfort. Is this thrush?

Yes to all of that. It may just be a bit of milk or spit up. But, if it seems to be getting worse, you notice it on the inside of the cheeks, it may be thrush. If the diaper area is getting particularly red, it may be thrush. If your nipples/breasts hurt way worse than usual during latch, it may be thrush.
