Logan's new toy

Last time, with Cyan, we were given one of these. She loved the thing. It was all nice and aired out and used and washed even... this time, we don't know anyone with young babies... just older toddlers... so I had to buy one. But I have to admit it was worth it. He loves the thing... will sit there and coo at it, and has already figured out that if he can grab the wooden rattle I put on there, he can get it all the way to his mouth and it can't "get away" by falling somewhere he can't see it. He was very happy with it.

Ok, never mind... two days later and that is the only time he hasn't cried when I have put him on it. He really hates being down. Darn attachment baby. lol... I am making him a wooden ring knotty doll today... and taking the floor mat back if he has the same reaction today as the last two days.

My boy never liked it either. He didn't liked to be put down. Know how you feel!

Seems like I bought a new one with every baby but our current one, Andrew. I just learned that they like it for about a day and then, those darned attatched babies just want to be picked up!!

Val, he is beautiful!

Oh yes - I borrowed one of these with Levi and he liked it very much - though we didn't have it until he was almost sitting up on his own. I've tried to figure out how I might go about making my own for the next baby... but it's probably way too complicated and I'll probably just pick up one of those commercially-produced ones...
