Levi just turned 2 a coupl'a weeks ago.

Last night was the SEVENTH night that he slept all night long.
Can I say this again?! My little boy... MY little boy slep all night for a whole week!

Being new to Amity, I haven't posted much background on this, but this is SO HUGE! In fact, before this week, the most he'd sleep through the night was maybe once or twice in a month, and would often wake up crying hard 3-4 times a night every night in between. It has been a very long road, and I feel like it has defined who I am since he was 6 months old (that's when the sleeplessness began). So, hopefully I'm on my way to being a whole new woman!

Now, interestingly enough, everytime my family would bug me about the next baby, I'd tell them that as soon as this one starts sleeping through the night, we'd talk. DH and I have been talking, and last weekend he decided that we should pray about it together every night for a week, and then make a final decision. Every night we prayed about it, Levi slept all night. Hmmm.... looks like a go-ahead to me!

woo hooooo!

i know what it's like to have babes that dont sleep.....i'm not sure how i've made it thru 2 of them! of course, it's top of the list why not to have more. the sleeplessness really does me in! i am not the same person.

i hope it continues for you!

OH, no! I didn't know Cole was like that too... Everybody always stresses to me how DIFFERENT your children will be, so I've been counting on the next one being a good sleeper...

well at first i thought journey was going to be different, but now at just over 2, i'm lucky if she only wakes 2 times a night. last night (knock on wood) she slept the entire night without waking. that happens about 1 or 2 or 3 times a month.

cole did get better after a year old, but still doesnt sleep all the way thru if i'm not in bed with him.....& he's almost 5!
