It is amazing what one can accomplish...

in the course of one good nap! Reagan let me lay her down late yesterday afternoon. I popped on here for a few minutes, checked my class and answered a couple emails, emptied and loaded the dishwasher, picked up the living room and some of the office/toyroom, vacuumed, switched laundry and dropped the slipcover from our living room chair in the washer, purged the papers on the kitchen table, and made dinner.

THAT made me feel better.

I'm thinking my change in mood had to do with the fact that I started dropping my mid-day herb dose because I was feeling so good. I think it took a couple days to affect me. Apparently, I'm feeling good because of the herbs and not because I don't need them anymore....

I'm aiming for an afternoon walk. I'd hoped for a trip to the library too, but Liam has an eye infection. The doctor says it's not pinkeye, but it looks horrible....

I totally agree. Anyone who comes over to my house can always tell if Sarah has had a nap or not.

Nap=floor vacuumed, dishes washed and put away, laundry folded and put away.

No nap=piles of dirty laundry, sink full of dirty dishes, and toys everywhere!
