Well it was fun while it lasted.................babymoon

Dh is still home but he is working from home. I'm glad he is still here though as dd started throwing up on Sunday and is still going Its completely impossible to keep her from everyone else, and really what's the point as we have obviously all been hanging out up until now, so here's hoping no one else starts puking.

Sunday she couldn't keep water down. Monday she kept a bit later. Today she has still been very cranky and sleeping a lot but until a few minutes ago hadn't thrown up. I was really hoping that today would be day 1 or no more pukee's

Oh Sarah, I'm so sorry! I hope I didn't bring germs in with me. I was careful not to touch anything or breathe on anyone. It sounds like the same thing we've had at our house though. It took Traynor 5 days to get over it. Kajsa still has it, I think she's on day 4.
I hope Hannah is feeling much better tomorrow -- and that no one else in your family comes down with it.

That stinks Sarah! Hope she is feeling better soon and it stays away from the rest of the family. We have been pretty healthy here, thank goodness!

oh no! that's awful...hope you get back to snugglin' w/ baby Bayus soon.
Poor Hannah, can you give her some EBM to drink? It'll really help her intestinal flora get back to normal...works great on my virus monkeys. Feel better soon, Hannah!

I've been trying to figure out where we picked up the pukies, but with Traynor touching everything he sees ...

I offered Kajsa expressed breast milk and was surprised that she didn't want it. She still waxes poetic about nursing. I've been giving her liquid acidopholus.

Well, even if you still love me I can't help feeling guilty. I just wish I could console myself with thinking that the virus couldn't have taken effect so quickly.

Thinking healthy thoughts for all of you.

you know what though? Now that you've jogged my memory on last week the kids did go to the zoo with dh and he took them by work as well that day and so really they have been exposed to all kinds of public places and people. I was thinking that we all were home the whole week with no visitors but I forgot that the kids went out with dh. In my mind all the random things Hannah likely touched at point definance is more likely that the fact your feet touched my carpet for a few minutes.

Anyhow, this too shall pass- right?

You poor thing! What fun to deal with so soon after having a new baby. Talk about slamming you into being the mother of 3! It will pass, you're right! I hope Hannah starts feeling better very soon!

Yes, it will pass -- and I hope today was puke free!

I visited a friend in Puyallup today and she said that 7 kids in her son's co-op preschool class were out with the vomitting virus. Sounds like it's really going around with the little ones.

Thanks for helping me to feel less guilty.
