Went thriftin the other day cause I was looking for a few things. Didnt find what i was looking for,but....
I got a gorgeous bed for my 6 yr old. Looks new. Pine canopy w/heart cut-out. 3 drawers underneath, lavendar curtains. Matches her playstove & goes with a heart cut-out rocking chair my dh bought for the oldest when I was pregnant with our second child. It wasnt what I had in mind for her room, but it is so sweet & I couldnt pass it up - and it just works with everything else. YAY! She might even sleep in her own room now
I got a lot of wool yarn (and a few other yarns) - $1.50 for 3 skeins.
My dd has been watching too much TV - she has been begging for the darn Cheer video on commercials. Wants to be a cheerleader
Well, I wasnt gonna get it for her, but we found it for 50 cents LOL So, that & a pr of pom-poms will be part of her b-day present next month. She'll be over the moon!
