Easy, healthy muffin recipe
Basic healthy muffins~
2 cups ww flour
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup oil
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup additions:
raisins
apples
berries
nuts etc...
Mix all ing. together, plus the additions. Keep the mixture very moist and spoon into muffin tins.
Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees or untill cooked
