I am new to the AmityMama boards although i have been an advertiser on AmityMama for a couple of months now. . . just now getting the time to post. Okay, here's my question. . . I am looking for a recipe to rival Amy's (frozen entree version) Veggie Loaf. . . I would love to make this for my family. The ingredient list on the side of the box includes lima beans and lots of veggies like broccoli, celery, onion, etc. It comes with a pureed tomato base 'gravy'. . . and it is dairy free and vegan. I am not 'vegan' and do not mind dairy if it is needed in a comprable recipe that works.
