I totally know what you mean. It's tricky getting a variety. It gets hard coming up with something that has some protein in it too...not just for breakfast either. I've been a vegetarian (but ate dairy) forever but just recently had to go vegan due to the milk intolerance of my breastfed babe. I was really surprised how much of my protein had been coming from cheese. At least there are some good soy products out there now to chose from, like Garden Burger, Boca, Morningstar, etc.
