No problem... I managed to make a flop of a tofuttebeast- it fell apart, but it was yummy!
Thanks for the recommendation for the book, I will look it up.

For sides, we did mashed and baked sweet potatoes with a praline pecan topping, and aparagus with garlic butter. Nothing too special, but it was yummy. The meat eaters here thought my vegan stuffing was excellent! I wanted to do green beans, but couldn't find them in the store for the life of me! That's what I get for shopping the day before Thanksgiving...

I found a couple of good recipes on-line because I was desperate!
