tools on this site are really a good price : need a hook, I always wanted a lap frame but never got around to getting one ( I just used an embrodiery hoop to keep things tight and moved it along as I hooked ) I had that cutting machine they have posted on there and it was wonderful! you can sometimes find them around $75 on ebay with extra blades to cut different sized strips - turn the handle and you have 6-8 wool strips instantly!
