I made a cabbage and noodle dish that rocked the other day. chopped bacon and fried it crisp, added some balsamic vinegar and onion, cabbage, s&p, and a few dabs of hot sauce and mixed in hot cooked noodles, and served with cornbread. cheap and filling!
