I love cloth. But for my first 36 hours I use organic tampons. I have not used a keeper successfully.my uterus is so tilted...it totally leaked. I love cloth..but not for heavy times.
I notice that if I really pay attention I sit on the toilet when I have to pee...and pass the blood(yeah helpful tmi.). And my pads rarely get used
