Well, 4's my limit and we are done, done, done.
I love my kids to pieces, but I am selfish and ready for some me-time. And some DH-time.
I guess if I didn't AP, then it might be a little easier to keep having kids and keeping up with them....but, when I have a baby they are glued to my boob for 3 yrs or so. I wouldn't have it any other way, but it is hard. DH does help, but then he's gone 12 hours a day, and well, no boobs. LOL
I don't know, if I had tons of family around to help, a housekeeper, cook and chauffer, then I bet I could handle more. Since that's not happening, 4 is really my limit.
Did I mention how expensive 4 kids are, especially now that the older ones are hitting the pre-teen years? And it's only going to get worse. They aren't high-maintenance, either, but they do have needs..
