Statistics don't always tell the whole story, though. There are individual cases that don't fit the statistics. I think it's entirely possible that for some reason this woman always released a lot of eggs per cycle.
Remember that discussion a while back about that site that used statistics to estimate how many people had your name. According to that site, there are 0 people with my name.
ETA: To me the incredible thing about this story (if it is true) is that most of them lived.
