I did not remember anything about sides for belladona. So I pulled out two Materia Medicas and this is what stands out:
Belladonna is always associated with hot, red skin, flushed face, glaring eyes/dialated pupils, excited mental state, restless sleep, delirium, throbbing pain.
Inflammation with redness, heat, swelling and pain.
But, I did not see anything about it being right-sided. I did not read every line though. Still, I think if you have the above bolded symptoms, belladona can help.
