Fishymom, I was also 17 when I had ds1, and I blindly got his first two series of vaxes.......ds was also seeing a homeopath for excema, and he was against vaxes. That's the first time I heard about someone say anything negative about them! So I started thinking about it, and didn't get him anymore for a while.....I did get a series when he was 14mos at a routine exam, the dr threatened me and I was scared! No longer! Now I'm confident and full of knowledge.......I know that vaxing ISN'T the law, like many dr's try and tell parents. I hate them!
So ds2 is vax free and will remain so......with the possible execption of tetnaus at a later date (after age 2), and maybe not even that, I need to research it more!
