my uterus was tilted between my second and third children. it wasn't tilted anymore after the third birth (nor was it tilted before kids or after the first child.)
i always assumed it was just how it "landed" so to speak post-partum? not sure about that. i no longer have a uterus (i am 8 1/2w post op hysterectomy) so no more tilt
i do know the tilt or lack thereof had nothing whatsoever to do with the issues leading to my surgery.
