When I had a uterus, it was tilted.

I was told it would make it harder to get pregnant too but of all the things I have had to deal with, that was never one of them. lol. I think that it is not that uncommon to have a tilted uterus and that there is a wide range of normal in that respects. I used to work with a doctor who said that the biggest problem with a tilted uterus is that it makes it more challenging for a doctor to palpate. Beyond that, unless it is extreme, she said it really doesn't cause significant problems.

I read your intro to the forum. Its such a struggle to sort out all the changes that are happening and know which ones are normal and which ones are problematic. This phase of life really seems to have been kept firmly under the shroud even amongst the strides made in women's health awareness. We really are blazing new ground and hopefully we and our daughters will benefit.
