Many times women will find that when they take a natural progesterone cream, their estrogen levels balance out as they need to, though this isn't always the case. Even when a bit of estrogen is needed, I do believe in the advantageous use of black cohosh, inspite of the less than positive reviews by some sectors. I am currently taking Rainbow Light's Menopause formula, which contains black cohosh and am satisfied for now. Hopefully, I will be able to switch back to their prenatal formula sometime soon!
