Mine certanly is! I am lucky that I get an hour and a half for lunch (plus, nobody is really "monitoring" me, so 5 min here, 5 min there is OK)

I do banking, food shopping, oil changes, mailing packages, whatever else needs to be done.

I sometimes just eat something little in the car, sometimes graze throughout the day (I usually bring my own food), so I rarely do the actual eating during my lunch
