Okay, I better start knockin' on wood over here and hopefully I won't regret saying this..........
but my 15yo dd is a dream.
She actually likes cleaning, and her room looks pretty good.
She's quite good with a mop and vacuum, and the swiffer duster has nothing on her.
Okay, so her little sisters annoy her, and sometimes she's short on patience with them, but she's the best big sister ever.
We homeschool, but I have a school handling her records for me; we just got her stuff back from last year - 3.25gpa and 7.5 credits in her Freshman year.
She should have another 7.5 credits this year and even though we just started our year not too long ago, she's doing wonderfully. Okay, so there is that one writing assignment that has to be re-done, but that's it.
She's sitting next to me saying "Oh my God, mom, they're going to think I'm a nerd." Far from it. She's a riot, though, and lots of fun to hang out with. I'm afraid she's going to use this against me the next time I get upset with her.
