I love being able to read from all sides and then make my own conclusions and test them against my own bodily experience... (I found out that I don't do well with coconut oil, yet I crave macaroons pretty consistantly...). Now I'm seeing that my body doesn't want me to have raw milk in moderate amounts on a daily basis... and my body doesn't want very much kombucha, either! Kefir, on the other hand...yum!
