Yeah, I wonder if the ceramic glaze is automatically non-stick. I know that the one ceramic thing we have to cook with is natually nonstick because of the glaze, not the chemical. Does that make sense? I didn't realize it was non stick until we used it. (I made the dish in ceramics class!)
