Michelle your mom rocks! I lucked out here and found a great mom (and friend!) who will watch my son on days when I have work and he doesn't have school. He gets along great with her kids.
Dawn I've btdt and can only say that those times pass and she won't always be watching sponge bob 6 hours a day.

I started this thread because I was curious to see how everyone makes it work. Finding good childcare was so hard when Wyatt was a baby and it continues to be tricky. Barb I hope your families appreciate you!
