Yes, I do feel that same frustration. My only saving grace is that we have a king sized bed, so I can toss and turn as many times as necessary, while dh is happily sleeping on his side of the bed.
I did feel like escaping a year to two years ago, but found something that I really wanted to do and did it. It wasn't easy studying the passion of my life, while still maintaining a household and family, but I NEEDED that release for *ME*, and noone else. I've come through to the other side now and that passion has since been satiated. It was time well spent for later on down the road, when the true empty nest comes my way. I hope that my nest is never truly empty, so I'm talking more along the lines of there no longer being anymore babies and young children to tend to.
Maybe you need a change of gears in your life right now. Anything peaking your interest?
