Yes, mama, for each set of 30 that you send in, you get thirty back (well, one is the original you sent, so you get 29 'new' ones LOL), and when I shipped mine for the farmer's market swap, I did 2 sets, they both fit into a ziploc bag, and then I put them, along with a flat rate envelope that already had postage on it into a flat rate envelope, and that worked just fine. I spent 4.05 on the way there, and then 4.05 to get them back
