(ok...it is a little tacky, but i do like this one for abs/chest - i use it once a week tho cuz its a tough workout)

~this is an ooooold tape but i still love it and use it to shake up my workout. Its low impact aerobic/dancing - yes they're a little silly but its a fun workout with dance moves (hand jive, the cha cha, some "90's funk" lol
