i am in collegeville (between norristown and pottstown). we have a GREAT ap/natural momma group here called families for natural living - philly (fnl philly) not many people in philly - mostly in media, phoenixville area. we have some jersey and (near) delaware mamas. here is a website about the national chapter
www.familiesfornaturalliving.com our group is local, chock full of playgroups, family events (we just had a camping trip this weekend...8 families). we have a raw milk/dairy and grass-fed meats co-op. we have co-ops going on all the time on all kinds of things...kleen kanteens, sunscreen, organic cotton totes...whatever. we also have moms night out, monthly meet and greets, potluck picnics. its a fabulous group of moms (and dads too LOL) we have developed quite a database of natural and holistic docs, dentists, chiros, allergists, practitioners of all types. there are sooo many knowledgeable people in our group!!! anyway - i can't rave enough about it. if you are interested in joining let me know.
