Thrush is a very nasty evil little thing - even though you think you can't see it, it might still be there. I seem to remember that it takes about 3 hours after you treat an area before the yeast returns, but I am not sure...

So I would treat your baby's mouth even though you cannot see the thrush anymore.

I had NEVER EVER had thrush before in my life - of any kind - until I had DS#2 (and I nursed 2 babies before). But when it came it felt itchy, looked scaley and the milk let down began feeling painful. It got gradually worse until the pain was unbearable and I finally went to the Dr. They prescribed Nyastain, but as I said before it never worked.

The Pat Gima's Thrush treatment plan is the only thing that is helping
