Reglan crosses the blood/brain barriar. It has major side effects, sleep disturbances and depression, and cannot be taken for extended period of time. Domperidone on the other hand does not cross the blood/brain barriar, very minimal side effects, usually thirst and headaches the first week. It can be taken the entire time while nursing and/or pumping. Many of us get is cheapest from a NZ pharmacy. No script is needed.
