Mmmm, lavender honey sounds wonderful. We use wildflower since it's the least contaminated - wildflowers aren't sprayed with pesticides. It's local and raw, though.

Make sure you keep cold-pressed oils in the fridge; keeps them from going rancid so quickly. Especially if you live in a hot climate like I do.
