I would second almost everything here. Parsley - as a habit - helps a lot. Chlorophyll works too (maybe why the parsley works?)

Tounge scraping works fairly well. and you get visual satisfaction too. bleah!

DEFINITELY try acidophilous or other probiotics. Resettle your bacterial populations in the gut. eat more raw foods too.

And have the dentist check for throat stones. My friend actually named them for me. I'd seen my other friend find one once, and I found one - a big one, and I never knew they were something people have treated. They don't smell until they break, but when they do, WOW! Ugh, getting sick thinking about it.

Anyway, they're harmless and you can get them removed if need be from what I hear. I thankfully just noticed a little white chunk of something in my throat, and remembering my friend's find, pushed and prodded it and pulled out a small piece. Smashed it, it smelled gross which confirmed it as the same thing my friend found.

I obsessively looked at the same spot for a few days and noticed it again, I poked and prodded it with tweezers again, and couldn't get it out. Then I gagged and it came out and I couldn't beleive that big of a thing could hide in there, and only show that teeny little tip I was chasing with my tweezers. It was like an iceberg (they say icebergs only show the top 10 % - hence "just the tip of the iceberg") Anyway, it didn't stink, and I was thankful it didn't break while still in the folds of my throat, or I'd never get it out and would have bad breath.

Some sick part of my brain made me break it anyway once I got it out and i gagged again. Snigger snigger. LOL!

I'm gross, I know. I'm also sorry if I caught anyone off guard and got them sick. But hey, it may be something you're dealing with, and the info may prove to be useful. LOL.

Wow, haven't been on here in ages, and manage to come on with this... ew. Sorry.
