to upgrade go to your personal account and log in...there should be a link to the left that says UPGRADE ACCOUNT, follow the prompts and thats it !
To downgrade to a Personal account,
click here . Log into your business account and choose 'My Account Profile' and 'Downgrade Account' as the Topic and Subtopic for your message. If I recall correctly, they only let you downgrade once.
