ooh...I wasn't planning on doing this one bc I thought I wouldn't have time. Didn't realize it wasn't til August.

What do you celebrate? Christmas in a Christian/birth of Jesus sort of way. We decorate pretty simply for Christmas. We also decorate for winter (in a much more gaudy fashion lol) after Christmas with characters such as Jack Frost, fairies, King Winter, etc. We also touch on St. Nicholas Day.

Things you like Angels, stars...your basic nativity/advent fare...things that are simple yet meaningful. I"m still working on making our nativity set and collecting things to use with the book "The Light in the Lantern". for winter we decorate in blues, icy shimmery fabrics, glittery sparklies, silver. white.

Things you do not like. Primary red and green (prefer forest green and cranberry red...more natural tones)...department store Santa image, etc

Do you like scents?yes
If so what scents? spicy earthy scents...cinnamon, clove, pine, citrus, nutmeg, etc....frankincense/mhyrr (sp?) would be awesome as there is the obvious religious link.
