I have a Toshiba and My camera was 14 months when it started not working properly
Toshiba's tech support stunk too!! it was going to cost more to get it fixed so I ended up looking on ebay and got my same camera that I spent $200 for for $30 (because it was missing something) Good luck trying to get it fixed.. or working again!!
