I hear ya. We still have snow cover but we got rained on a couple of months ago and I was like - holy dog poop! It got covered up again.

I'm not looking forward to it.

Our sweet Dana would go off in the woods. I hadn't seen a poop of hers in nearly a decade. Burkie, not so much - although he's learning to go on his long morning walks through the woods with dh.

OMGosh, no kidding! We had a party here last night and all the kids wanted to go outside with flashlights and play in the yard (which they did end up doing) and I had to say "the yard is muddy and poopy!". :p

Even with one little beagle I often have the same thought at snow-melt.
Makes me wish it was proper manure...

    right? lol.

I couple of windy days to dry it up would sure help the clean up. For now, I'm just going to pretend it's not there.

Dh and the kids spent 2.5 hours scooping poop last week. Dh was hoping for hard rain to wash it away. Didn't happen.

lol!! It's like poo mousse. Or piped poo pudding.

    I'm sorry. :hahaha:

It's over, the spring breeze arrived. It's a short season. We've moved into rake-it-up nuggets and pulverized white powder.

Nasty. I took Jonas to the park last week and learned there was a dog park right across the street. I had no idea that's what that place was and boy you could smell it!!!

LOL - I couldn't imagine dog poo after a long winter.

We try to keep up on the horse poop as much as possible in the paddocks over the winter and at times need a good shovel to pick it up since it gets frozen into the ground. But if we don't keep up with THAT......forget it in spring time. LOL

I set the timer 15 minutes per day last week and had the kids shovel. Heavy rain Sunday night probably took care of the rest of it. I've been too sickly to check and for some reason (lol) the kids haven't mentioned it.

Yeah my Dh spent the better part of Saturday doing dog poo duty- winter edition. I cannot do it. I did it when I was pregnant with Sully and threw up in the yard. I never did it again. I can help maintain during spring summer fall but that all winter long soggy stuff is all his cup of *gagging* tea.
