YES, YES, YES!!!!!!:announce:
I agree. Thank you for all you are doing to help us learn
Definitely! Lots of thanks from me too! I've been doing lots of technical reading (the book you recommended on aperture is GREAT!) and while I'm understanding the science it's very very very helpful to have assignments to put that understanding to practical use with a starting point.
Absolutely! Thank you so much Tracey. What you're teaching and showing us here goes beyond just this group of women. I've told my dh and Sophie lots of stuff that will help them as well. I really appreciate you.
so please tell me, when I look at the photo information I see aperture and max aperture. Sometimes they are the same and sometimes different. what does this mean?
just look at aperture for now.
well shoot!!! some say 3.5 but the max is higher even at 18mmm....ugh!!

Hey Tracey... I just wanted to say thank you too! I actually left my camera on manual for Kenna's soccer games this weekend and it wasn't as hard as I thought. I might have actually gotten an ok shot or 2! I wasn't exactly sure what ap I should set it on, but I'm sure that knowledge will come as the weeks progress.
I know I've said it a few times before and I'm sure I'll say it many times in the near future, but I really appreciate the time you are putting into this to help all of us learn. Thank you!!
you are all welcome.
i very much enjoy doing it. really, i do. i hope that you can tell.
We can tell. And we are very, very grateful.
I don't know if you can tell, but I am absolutely figuring my camera out. I may not have a very artistic eye, but I'm s.l.o.w.l.y. figuring out the mechanics. Thanks!
Here's my last one. I'm adding it to the final page, b/c it's the only one in which I was truly paying attention to the meter.
