I was driving today and tapping, talking to my body. All was going well. DH called to say their plane had landed minutes early. I started apologizing right away. DH wasn't upset or critical, I just went into this, Oh, I'm sorry, I left early but not early enough thing. I started tapping on this need to apologize (for nothing and when there was not even a hint of negativity or criticism of any kind from dh). Then, I had this sense like my chest caved in. As I started tapping on the physical sensation, it ameliorated immediately. I will go back to that later, but thought it was so cool how focusing on the physical brought relief.
