The Switchword BE is to "be at peace and in good health."

I have found that chanting "BE-BE-BE..." for 5-10 minutes
while in the presence of an irritable or ill child (especially a
baby) can really have a marvelous effect.

One day my grandson was totally inconsolable all day. My
daughter called me in the early afternoon and asked if I would
mind coming over for a while. She said Dean just wanted to
be held and would not let her do anything. I took him and
held him, started chanting "LOVE-LOVE-LOVE..." (Switchword
to generate, radiate, experience love; acceptance) to him,
which usually would calm him down, but this time it did not.
I switched to ADJUST (create balance; assume or carry a
burden; handle uncomfortable or unpleasant conditions),
which really didn't make a difference. So on to CHANGE
(dispel emotional or physical pain)...still no change. Then
I started chanting "BE-BE-BE..." almost immediately he
started to calm down. I continued chanting it for a good
5 minutes, then set him down on the floor in the playroom,
and he was happy as could be, just started scooting around
and playing. It was an amazing change.

So, anyway you could try the other Switchwords if you
would like, but BE sure seems to be perfect for a sick
    child.

I also often will tap Switchwords through EFT. You could
do it proxy for the child if you wanted to. Play with it, see
    what happens.

    Bedtime Switchwords

    Hi Linda,

Whenever you want you can chant Switchwords.
You can say once, chant, sing, think or simply
intend them. I personally love to sing them to the
    children.

My grandson has been a bit hard to get to go
for naps lately. So the other day I started to
sing Switchwords to him as I rocked him before
putting him down for his nap. He has gone very
peacefully to sleep at nap time for the last three
days. The Switchwords I usually sing to him for
    nap time are:

    OFF (go to sleep)

LOVE (generate, radiate, experience love; acceptance)

BE (be at peace and in good health)

BLUFF (dispel fear or nervousness)(because he seems
often to be afraid of falling asleep)

    QUIET (quiet the ego)

HO-SLOW (to help one get to sleep quickly)

LIGHT-OFF (lighten mood and go to sleep)

I sometimes sing one Switchword or Switchpair as a
line to a melody such as to "Row, Row, Row Your Boat."
