Where do you buy your seeds?

I have heard good things about Fedco, but I think it would take me a year to get my order together with that website.

I ordered from artistic gardens (they have seed sample packs for 35 cents each) and Gurney (there is $25 off $50).

Abundant Life Seeds and Bountiful Gardens have good prices and heirloom/open-pollinated seeds. We are ordering from one of those, Jung, because they have a variety of watermelon recommended by a local gardener that apparently isn't available elsewhere, and Totally Tomatoes for the same reason. He says he orders from Bountiful Gardens because of the price, but Abundant Life appears to have similar prices.

That said--my favorite "looking" catalogs? Baker Seed and Landreths!

Can't beat free for heirloom tomato seeds. I just sent my SASE to wintersown.org -- tiny packs, but that works for me and our small garden!

    awesome Jenna!

Gurney's is where I have ordered from in the past. In fact, I think I will order soon so that I can get a garden started ASAP once we move.

    Thanks everybody.

So, does open-pollinated mean you don't have to worry about Monsanto stuff?
