This is one of those times. I started to make a T-shirt. It was going to be for my boys to take to a birthday party. I cut out the pieces and dyed them with Meg. 5 pieces went into the dyebath. 5 pieces went into the dryer. Somewhere, somehow, between the dryer and the couch, one piece vanished into thin air. Okay, fine. I wasn't really happy with the color, anyway. I made a different T-shirt for the birthday party, and off they went. But then those 4 remaining pieces kept looking at me. Or I kept looking at them. They ARE microwave popcorn butter color yellow/orange. Noticable, to say the least. And I hate to waste the fabric, since I just love border prints. Aha! Inspiration strikes! Pattern is Scarlet's Jaycrackers. Elastic from JA or Hancock's, can't remember. Back tag (which says, MENS UNDERWEAR) from Serena. These are for Josiah, so no model shot--he's too old for that.
