Anything dairy. Yogurt, cheeses, milk, etc.

Are you children old enough to take something like a Flintstone vitamin?

    Hi TulaneMama,
Dairy products like milk, yogurt are great source of calcium. Cheese, cereal, soy beverage, tofu, salmon fish and collard greens are also rich in calcium so do add them in your children daily meals.

When most people think of foods high in calcium, they usually think of milk, yogurt and cheese - all the dairy products. However, many of you many not know what other calcium rich foods that are not dairy based. Some of these products naturally have calcium and other are fortified products.
