Phone Buddies Emotional Support Community

Phone Buddies is offered as a resource to emotionally support women. Each woman gets to receive free half hour phone counseling sessions from other members so long as she is willing to be the listener/guide for other women too. Privacy is one of the special features about the community. Not only can you receive peer counseling sessions by phone from the comfort of your home, but the person you are speaking to will only know your first name and your state and country. They won't even have your phone number since you call them for the session.There are many special things about the community, which offers a much higher level of support than a message board, yet isn't therapy either. We charge a little to keep it an active community (no abandoned profiles getting session requests), but really Phone Buddies is a labor of love.
