Hey all my fellow mothers, sisters, friends, bloggers, teachers, play advocates...

I recently found a super amazing project and fell in love with the philosophy, the efforts and the whole thing. KORAKOR (KORAKOR: a body to body connection) is an NGO based out of my hometown (close to it), but doing wonderful things around the world. It is run by a beautiful couple (they really make your heart melt) giving everything they've got to make.

I figured I 1) loved the idea 2) it's exactly what I believe is missing in public education 3) it is a cause worth haring with others to gain even more support. I am just one, but WE are a whole...I hope that we can ban together to help this duo continue their dream in teaching kids around the world

They are at present fundraising to build a permanent center, with a playground...

Remember it's through play, children can develop social and cognitive skills, mature emotionally, and gain the self-confidence required to engage in new experiences and environments. Play nourishes every aspect of children’s development – it forms the foundation of intellectual, social, physical, and emotional skills necessary for success in school and in life. Play ‘paves the way for learning’.

Join the cause...I DID!

Thanks!
