Thread: Help me change my username please...

Help, I can't find how to change my username.

I looked it up in the FAQ section and it says your username is yours for life. It says something like except for extreme circumstances you cannot change it. You can contact the administrator but it is up to them if they will let you change it. I do know that a few years ago a bunch of people changed theirs all at one time, and I know several people have changed them over the years so it seems strange that it says that. I am no help but just wanted you to know I tried to figure it out. Hopefully someone who has changed there name will be able to help. There just aren't many people left here!

you can't change your name afaik. You can't edit past an hour either, according to Brad that's the "standard".

I know a bunch of mamas did, but that was when um, what's her name, joli had the board? I suck at time so I might be wrong there.

I can only change my siggy and location but if I change anything else it boots me back and says error, which Brad said I was lying about since no-one else had the same problem. I used two or three browsers on a few computers and they all did it, but live in a weird area geographically so maybe it's an interweb thing where I live?? And no other interweb site has any issues but amitys? Being serious here, not snarky, but since there's no smilies it's hard to convey that I'm not picking on Brad, I really am computer illeterate and making up half the stuff I'm saying from stuff I hear on tv.

I think for the '99 part I think that's from an old board crash. Again, you'd have to ask Brad.
