Re: Spanish speakers, HELP!
I wish I could help. I typed it into a free translation site and got this
¿Podemos encontrar en 9 soy mañana?
I speak minimal spanish not enough to know if either of those make enough sense. Hopefully someone who speaks it well will chime in!

Re: Spanish speakers, HELP!
"soy" means "am" (like "I am") not a.m.
My high school Spanish from a very long time ago thinks a combination of what the two of you have would work.

Re: Spanish speakers, HELP!
Here are two ways I might say that.
Estimado Venustiano,
Podemos encontrarnos a las 9 de la manana.
or
Estimado Venustiano,
Podemos reunirnos a las 9 de la manana.
I've changed the greeting assuming this is a more formal interaction. Perhaps this is being sent to a professor, business colleague. I would use querido(dear ) if I was addressing someone I am more familiar with(dad, hubby, brother in law , friend)
