This was an interesting question, because I just passed through a period of my major dreams over the last few years coming to fruition, and I have not had too much of a chance to dream up new ones!

One major dream, which we are in the middle of right now, was getting dh successfully through school, into a great job he loves, and us into a house that is big enough with a fab-o yard and will be home for many years - and we are here on all of those things!! So, right now my dreams are a bit smaller - planning fun vacations over the next few years, honing my skills and allowing myself time to be creative and learn new things, make sure I am taking the time to enjoy our life, things like that.

My dream right now would be to have a small family farm on about 2-3 acres...with a nice, cared-for farm house with plenty of room for my growing family. I'd like to have enough money so that my dh wouldn't have to work a second job....instead he could be at home with us, spending quality time with his family.

My dream *was* to have a few more kids and be blissfully happy taking care of my family ... but since that isn't happening and not getting pregnant has been stressing me out, I've decided to change my dream and I'm actually excited about it now. I've decided to go back to school and get my Bachelor's. If I get to work on applying for school and stuff, hopefully I can start ASAP and get it within a year and a half. I just want a degree and I know I can accomplish that. That's my dream now.

Hey! WTH? Did you move away already? I didn't even get a chance to show you how good MY coffee is! AND You want to own a coffee shop? You should move back and take mine over - I'm so incredibly overwhelmed and burnt-OUT on it right now!
Now my dream is to JUST run a drive-thru and not have to worry about all of the overhead and such. ugh.

So you moved away---------------- darn it!

    * To work with third world women empowering them. I believe wholly that they are the future. Women raise children and can change the poverty cycle. I don't know how to accomplish this....there are so many culture and economic factors. I have a passion and that's a start. Fair Trade plays big in this dream.

    * To adopt a baby girl...perhaps from Africa. I'm praying about this to see if it's right for our family. DH and I have spoken of this since we were in High School together.

And that would just be my luck! But I'm okay with whatever happens. I'm thinking I could even go to school while pregnant and with a baby!
